Shipping Policy

Important update: Due to the COVID-19 , we have activated two purchase options: standard shipping and store pickup (when we can open our Jávea store, May 11th).

Shipments may be delayed due to the current situation, so we ask for a little patience. We calculate that it will take about two weeks to arrive, we will inform you of the status of your order. A single person will prepare the shipments in the workshop with all the necessary security measures, and they will come out gradually by purchase order.

Shipping costs run to your account, although you will only pay a shipping cost, regardless of the amount you buy.


We ship all orders through express transport companies. Orders placed after 8 am will be shipped the next day.


These are the countries to which we ship, the shipping cost and the time it will take to receive your order:


  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands, we do not ship to the Canary Islands): FREE shipping from € 30, 2-3 working days. If you do not reach € 30 nothing happens, you only have to pay € 3.95.

  • Portugal (except Azores): shipping € 4.95, 2-3 working days. Free shipping from 50€

  • Germany, France (except Corsica): shipping € 11.95, 4 working days Free shipping from 150€

  • Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, United Kingdom (except Jersey), Denmark, Italy (except Sicily), Netherlands: shipping € 16.95, 4-5 working days. FREE shipping from 200€

  • Finland, Ireland, Greece: shipping € 29.95, 6-7 working days

Exchange and return policy

We accept changes but not returns. The deadline to change the product is in the ten days following your purchase. The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.


Shipping costs are not counted as the value of the product and the new round trip shipping will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the product at the factory, we process the change.


A change can be made for a product of greater or equal value, never less. All items are made of cowhide and, therefore, may have small imperfections as it is a natural article. That is why small imperfections in the skin will not be accepted as a reason for change or return, due to their natural characteristics.


Custom or custom items cannot be exchanged or returned. To process a change, write us by email to with all your data and we will contact you.
